Belated congratulations to Shauna Smith, a student in my POSC2010: Research and Writing in Political Science class, who won the Autumn 2009 Memorial University of Newfoundland Pro Vice Chancellor’s Prize for Undergraduate Scholarship. Her essay was titled “Collective Action and Freshwater Consumption.”
